An honor graduate from UC Berkley School of Law, Attorney Stephen M. Rios has been practicing criminal defense and family law (divorce) since 1979. Mr. Rios has made over ten thousand court appearances in his career and prides himself in providing his clients the best legal advice and strategic direction regarding their legal matters. This advice may take place over the telephone, in a conference room, or in the courtroom. Attorney Rios, a former United States Marine, is an aggressive, yet understanding advocate for his clients.

The Law Offices of Rios & Rios comprise Stephen, his eldest daughter Serita, who is a practicing attorney of eleven years, his youngest daughter Tiana, who is officer manager and senior legal assistant. Stephen’s granddaughter, Lanae is in her third year of law school and will also be a practicing law this next year.
