As Director of Tax Services, Sonya leads our operations and business development efforts with more than 15 years of experience in tax preparation. She is responsible for overseeing our operations policies and procedures as well as preparing individual tax returns for her clients.

Sonya received her BS from Cal State Long Beach in Criminal Justice and prior to becoming an Enrolled Agent. When asked what her favorite part about working at AFP Taxes was she said, “Helping people and hearing their stories is my favorite part. I love sharing in their miracles big and small.
