With over three decades of experience in sales, Charleen entered the real estate industry in 1994 and has held her license since 1998. She is currently affiliated with Realty One Group, where her passion for coaching real estate professionals emerged in 2000. Over the past 28 years, Charleen has harnessed her sales background to successfully mentor and train real estate professionals. At Realty One Group, she has spearheaded a thriving mentoring program that empowers agents to understand their behavioral styles and develop effective methods for building prosperous businesses.

Under her leadership, their office achieved the remarkable milestone of becoming the #1 selling office in Irvine within a year, and in 2016, their office surpassed a billion dollars in sales, continuing its strong performance through 2021.
